An early interest in law led David to earn his J.D at Vanderbilt University. But soon his passion for business and real estate took over. Following in his father’s footsteps, he sold Real Estate for over 30 years. Today he focuses on managing their Real Estate Investments and supporting the team as an unlicensed assistant.
For Sharon Kipp, the Real Estate business is about one thing: People. Yes, she has over 30 years of real estate experience and a prestigious alphabet soup of certifications “ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), e-PRO (Internet Professional), GREEN (NAR’s Green REALTOR Designation), SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist). But those, like the I-Pad, I-phone, cameras, advertising and contracts, are simply tools that help her focus on the immediate individual needs of her clients.
In addition to Sharon’s work with clients, she believes in “Paying it Forward” and is involved with fundraising and volunteer activities in their community, serving as long time Board Member and Past President of the Donelson Hermitage Chamber of Commerce, current Board Member of Greenways for Nashville, past Board Member of the Greater Nashville REALTORS, fundraising and build participant with Habitat for Humanity, local schools and charitable organizations such as The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society , American Cancer Society, Volunteers of America and Susan Komen Race for the Cure.
Originally from Alabama, Sharon has moved a bit and lived in Georgia, Mississippi, Texas, California and Tennessee… calling Nashville home twice. Sharon understands the stress involved in relocating, starting new schools, new jobs , making new friends and finding a new home.
